When we recommend 3rd party services, such as software tools, online applications, and marketing platforms, such as MailChimp, Kajabi, IIS and Amazon, each of these individually have their own refund policy which we do not have control over. You will need to contact those companies individually to learn about their refund policies, which vary by company.
